How to Cancel Your Reservation

*Due to system limitations, the cancellation process is displayed in Japanese only.Please follow the steps below carefully.
 

Cancellation Procedure:

 

1.Open the cancellation page

Access the following URL:

2.Enter your email address

Enter the email address used at the time of booking and click “Send Verification Email”.

3.Check the verification email

A verification email will be sent to the address you entered.

4.Open the URL in the email

Click the URL provided in the verification email.

5.Select the reservation to cancel

Check the box next to the tour you wish to cancel.

6.Enter the verification code and submit

Enter the verification code shown in the email and click “Cancel Reservation”.

7.Cancellation completed

A confirmation message will appear on screen, and a cancellation confirmation email will be sent to you.
 
*If you do not receive the cancellation confirmation email, please check your spam folder.
If you still cannot find it, please contact us at endo@ride-japan.jp.
 
*Please note that cancellation of your rented motorcycle must be handled by yourself.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Customer

From time of booking to 7 days before the tour date: 20% cancellation fee
From 7 days to 3 days before the tour date: 50% cancellation fee
From 3 days before the tour date or later: 100% cancellation fee (no refund)

Cancellation by RIDE JAPAN (including due to weather conditions)
The tour participation fee will be fully refunded
Motorcycle rental fees and other related costs are not covered
 
If the tour is interrupted after departure due to traffic conditions,
weather, or other unavoidable circumstances
No refund of the tour participation fee will be issued

Tour Cancellation Due to Weather

If weather conditions are judged to be unsafe based on the forecast as of the day before the tour, the tour will be cancelled.

In the event of cancellation, we will notify you by email by 13:00 (1:00 PM) on the day before the tour.
If the weather forecast worsens after 13:00 or on the tour day itself, we will contact you as soon as a decision is made.

Please note:
In case of tour cancellation, RIDE JAPAN is not responsible for any costs other than the tour participation fee.
Motorcycle rental cancellation procedures must be completed by the customer.
